Tournament Host Assistant

Help welcome participants, manage check-in processes, and ensure the tournament venue runs smoothly. You will be the friendly face that greets players and helps them feel comfortable. Responsibilities include setting up registration tables, distributing name tags and tournament materials, answering questions about the venue, and assisting with any logistical needs that arise during the event.

Friendly personality, good communication skills, and punctuality. No prior chess tournament experience required - we will provide training!
