Chess Arbiter Assistant

Support the head arbiter in maintaining fair play and proper tournament conduct. You will help monitor games, ensure players follow time controls, resolve minor disputes, and maintain a professional tournament atmosphere. This is a great opportunity to learn tournament arbitration and gain experience in competitive chess management.

Strong knowledge of chess rules and tournament regulations. Previous arbitration experience preferred but not required. Must be able to remain calm under pressure and make fair decisions.

Official arbitration training, certificate of completion, networking with chess officials, and potential pathway to certified arbiter status.
